Glove & Ring Skill Charges

Does anyone know of a site or thread that lists the skill charges that can spawn on magical/rare(or crafted possibly) gloves and rings? Is it any skill, or only up to a certain level of skills, or specific classes of skills? Thanks

In short,

Gloves can get charges of Charged Strike, Cold Arrow, Exploding Arrow, Fire Arrow, Freezing Arrow (very high alvl!), Ice Arrow, Inner Sight, Multiple Shot, Power Strike, Lightning Strike, Poison Dagger, Poison Nova and Weaken.

Rings can get charges of Attract, Confuse, Dim Vision, Poison Dagger, Charged Bolt, Fire Bolt, Ice Blast and Telekinesis.
