Crafted gloves for a strafer?

I got some cool crafted gloves with ll and crushing blow. Does that work with a strafer?

all blood gloves come with ll and cb...a strafer would like 20ias+2passives++
if you need kb then hitpower gloves are the way to go...check out the gove crafting guide(stickied) for more info...there are tables there with all of the stats that could spawn on crafts or rares.
