fire druid vs lilith & ubers

i was wondering, is it possible for a fire druid to take lilith, uber duriel, uber izzy or even uber trist? :confused:

just wanting to know, since i have a few keys right now. don't want to start making portals and having no chance in beating any of them.

What level are you? My wind druid easily took him only using one rejuv pot for mana. My bear+Merc (freeze merc) with oak just tanked Izual and I basically sat their casting my absorb sheild every once in a while and spamming tornado (and hurricane). I also have CTA and max FCR. I also used the crows or whatever to blind anything that may have came nearby.. just a precaution (and used life vine).
I killed a total of 6 of them. Never died on druid.

No pure elementalist can take down any of the ubers, nevermind the Final 3. I doubt a -150% enemy resist Conviction can take down immunities of Meph / Diablo / Baal, but if you're a FoHer with Griffs + 20/20 Light Monarch + Griffons you might have a slight chance of hurting the weaker ubers.

Izual + Duriel are the easiest. They go down under 60 seconds at most. Lilith is a bit tricky, but still easy to solo.

Your Holy Freeze from merc won't do crap as they are immune to cold. Neither your bear nor merc should be able to tank Lilith's poison attacks for more than 20 seconds. Crows = Ravens. What the hell is a Life Vine? Max FCR... :eek: How you could've achieved max FCR which is around 163 or something for a Druid as far as I know, and for a Windy SS is a definite must for against the ubers... -.- Do you mean to say you went up against 6 Izuals and no one else?

i have a lvl 90 fire druid with a defiance merc (gaze, shaft, viperfork)

i know my grizzly can't take any of the ubers, since it's only lvl 17 and dies vs large groups of monsters. my oak is only lvl 16, so it dies off quick, if monsters get to it.

i've talked to a few friends and they said they'll help, if i need it.

if i can't take them, then i can easily just trade keys for organs and organs for torches.

Ber'ed SS + Enigma should give you 51% DR, and since 50% is max, you should live a lot longer. I mean a lot longer. Lidless or Spirit on a Windy vs. Ubers is just not smart.

btw a single elemental attack can take out the ubers:
a cs zon using LR and conviction (from merc or team)

LR alone will do it if the zon is decked out

I still do not get what you mean by Max FCR = Max Druid.

The beginning of thread was about a fire Druid, and my opinions on Elemental builds were upon pure elementalists like Sorcs, not builds with elemental secondary attacks such as Holy Freeze + Hurricane. So therefor, your experience with your Windy Druid does not really help Cruciarias. Fire =/= Wind. My Nec + Blizzard sorc once brought down Duriel under 10 seconds with Lower Resist once, but relying solely on elemental skills against ubers is not as effective as physical or magical damage might.

I said that I doubt you're bear nor merc will live against Lilith. That's right. Lilith. Lilith =/= Izual. You said you went up against 6 of "'em". I also asked that if all 6 were Izuals, because you wouldn't have such an easier time against Lilith. I meant no offense and I still don't.

I took that as being offensive the first post; it looked like you flamed me when you said my bear and merc couldn't take them. And if you care to see them kill an uber, Get 3 keys :) and msg *iviidg3t ... but you're right, I never fought lillith, but I did kill the others.

I took my Summons in to help someone once in an Uber Meph game, just to see how it was.

Lvl 52 Grizzly, lvl 50 Heart of Wolverine and lvl 49 for both Spirit & Dire wolves........ Grizzly does squat aqainst Meph and I cannot see it doing any better against any of the others.


As for my Grizzly dieing......... I think I casted it twice.
