Whats Best For Act 2 Mercy

May i know whats the best equip for act 2 mercy to be able to tank well ? Is insight better or reapers ? and whats best for armour and helm ?

Well, Insight can be made in a Polearm better than a Thresher (which only gives 2 range), and provides your Sorceress with a source of Regen, and the ED on Insight pretty much matches that on The Reaper's Toll. But The Reaper's Toll has LL and ctc Decrepify, which keeps your Merc alive longer. So I would say go with The Reaper's Toll unless you want the Meditation.

Armour: Chains of Honour, Duress, Duriel's Shell, Leviathan, Shaftstop, Stone, The Gladiator's Bane

Helm: Andariel's Visage, Delirium, Guillaume's Face, Kira's Guardian, Vampire Gaze

If you want pure tanking ability, Reapers is the best. However I prefer Insight on my merc - that mana regen is awsome and it almost feels like cheating :lol:.

And insight isn't such a bad weapon anyway, just not as good as say - reapers or obedience. If you roll good ed and critical strike, it can do quite a lot of damage. And it's cheap to reroll anyway.

I use a Gladiator's Bane and Andy's helm last ladder. CBF and life leech keeps him ticking. The CV insight is more than enough for both him and me. This is on a prayer merc too, since I hate drinking pots. :lol:
