2H Obedience Enchant sorce viable?

I don't know if the runeword Obedience has been discussed before and I apologize if it has been discussed already. I ran through the melee enchant guide fast with control + f searching for obedience and nothing came up so I supose not.

30% Chance To Cast Level 21 Enchant When You Kill An Enemy
40% Faster Hit Recovery
+370% Enhanced Damage
-25% Target Defense
Adds 3-14 Cold Damage
-25% To Enemy Fire Resistance
40% Chance of Crushing Blow
+200-300 Defense (varies)
+10 To Strength
+10 To Dexterity
All Resistances +20-30 (varies)
Requirements -20%

Runes are fairly ez to get and when I saw this i was blown away.
5socket max Thresher (-10 speed) 152str 118dex (with the -req 122/99)
6socket max Giant Thresher(-10speed) 188str 140dex(with the -req 151/112)
Giant Thresher has 5 range compared to 2 of the Thresher, but thresher max socket is 5 so it should be easier to find a white one and use socket quest.

I don't like math too much but this could kick *** in terms of damage and a Sork just looks so damn groovy with a Thresher.

With 30% to cast enchant on kill no need to spend 20 on enchant. So I thinking of build like this:
20warmth
20FM
20TK
20ES
rest shiver armor or static.

I wouldn't priorities +skills for gears. Get near max PDR good LifeLeech(dracul) Good resist +Life items etc.

If this gets positive feedback I'm making it :D.

Because I'm playing HCLadder I"m not sure about Stats for Vita and Energie:

With Max ES should I go all in Energie? But I heard ManaBurn will kill you instantly. Or should I not max ES and aim for 50% and balance Vita and Energie.
I want to have at least 900 life. Is Resistance and PDR in effect before the ES or after?

i was thinking about making a dual dream sorc and instead of putting 20 pts into chant, just use this
the problem is sorcs attack slow and can be interrupted
and the dmg just really isnt that high, and doesnt have splash dmg like fb

i'd say no. 2h weps for a sorc have a roughly 50% slower attack rate than the fastest 1h's.
