30 ias from Gloves and belt.

K im gonna go ahead and list the ways I know this can be done. Im really looking for someone to help me out and tell me one I dont know =).
30 ias = deaths gloves/sash
30 ias = Ik gloves/belt
30 ias = any 20 ias glove and nosferatu's or goldwrap

Theres gotta be stuff im missing!

A) Ik glove/belt combo will only give you 25%ias.

B) Goldwrap gives 10%ias as well as Nos Coil.
If one of those is your belt, then you have these gloves to pick from...
-Laying of Hands (Recommended for a Bowie: +350% Dmg to Demons+40% Fire Res. = Godly.)
-Magnus' Skin (Nice AR boost)
-Lavagout (CTC enchant, nice, but I prebuff with D-Limb, so w/e)

B) The one you forgot: Sigon's Glove and Belt: 30ias + 10% Life Leech. Pretty choice for an item you could theoretically equip at level 6.

Sigons is a great low level set. But the strength requirements are a little high. But if you know your end game gear, it may pay to go for more strength early (to keep yourself safe) and then your dex can catch up later.
