I just got a pally hellfire torch tonight with some help from cooked in the matchup forum. I thought it would be cool to spam the firestorm with strafe on my hybrid.

Bad Idea!

If i let off these storms consistently for more than 2-3 seconds my ping automatically spikes to 1000+ !

And everyone else in the game lags at the same time, even in different acts !

I have a broadband cable internet connection and a pretty damn good as far as d2 is concerned (2 gig athlon xp, 1 gig DDR RAM)

So now i have the power in my hands to bring b.net latency to its knees, mwahahahahaah

the lag issue when using the charm has been mentioned alot on other forums, it seems it is inpossible to not lag the game when using one.

the majority of players would like blizzard to rectify the problem by having a different skill in the charm, instead of the firestorm.
