sorc choice

Hi,
im goin to make a sorc for meph/andy runs and maybe pvp. But i have no ideal wich one. Im thinking about those:

Blizz vs ES/FO vs FB vs ES/FB

All i want them to do is:
- dont die on hell (is that possible for Blizz and FB to make 100 andy and meph runs without a single die? And still doing it quichly wich mf stuff?)
- be great at mf (can ES sorcs be as good for mf as nonES? Are they fast enough? Can they be good without perf DF and stuff for high runes?)
- [not so important] be good at pvp (are ES versions really better?)

Tell me pls as much as you can.
ps. Ive readed some guides, some topics, ve asked some people. But i want to make a good choice.

If you want to just MF Andy and Meph, I'd go with Blizz. Blizz just tears apart Andy and Meph. I vote no on FB and FB/ES since Andy's room has buttloads of fire-immunes. Also, MF Blizz sorcs can become PvPers very easily. All they have to do is switch gear. As for the ES/FO, you might have a bit of trouble against Meph since you need to be close to him to get the full damage off Frozen Orb.

thats bad :( I dont want a blizz sorc... but ill make her if shes the best (and im 99% sure she is).
Some questions about blizz:

- spirit or storm or lidless ? If spirit - monarch or worst, lower str req shield?
- can the blizz sorc with full mf equip make 100 meph and andy runs without a single die? I mean... sorcs die a lot. Is that possible to DONT do it? :)
- max cold mastery?
- in wich aspects FB sorc is better then Blizz ?

>Dunno what you mean here, what has this to do with blizz sorc at all? Get enough fcr, fhr and life/block and you won't have any trouble. It's even easier with blizz due to moat trick.

Although Spirit has FHR that can be gotten on other items and if you have that much strength I would go for max block anyways.

No deaths eh? I play hardcore and had a FO/ES sorc last ladder. Stack up on -mdr/-pdr gear (gerke's shield is ideal), hit that 63% casting breakpoint and then go from there. With 1k life and my setup, I never went below 900...ever. Now subtract my gear (tals armor/belt/ammy, occy, shako, nagels, etc) and you still should be doing well. Not a single point to energy needed, and gerke's isn't too hard to attain max block with. I could easily do pindle/meph/andy in very little time at all...the main bit was the tele there.

I, however, despise blizz sorcies and therefore couldn't give you any sort of comparison.

i suggest fo/es but thats just cuz i love fo. blizz sorcs tend to be a little fragile without the es. what i do is get a prayer merc and throw an insight on him. he heals about 50 hps a sec for the both of us and my mana never drops below 4/5. i actually just stand there and tank meph as i fo him. i have never died once trying to mf meph. baal, yes cuz lister and his packs tend to have gross spawns at times. i have no points in vit and went the pure energy route. it has served me well even till this day.

- FO is a lot of slower then Blizz? A lot of worst in mf ?
- FO/ES with 0 in vita and a lot of points at mana, right?
- where FireBolt sorc is better then Blizz sorc?
- Blizz vs ES/FO vs ES/FB vs FB. Comparisons pls...

i really cant make a decission... :)

fo is slow i spose but then again, you can just stand there and take meph on. however, its freakin deadly if you aim it so that it exploes right on meph. if i aim correctly. 2 orbs will take meph down. but thats without mf gear on. with mf gear it turns into 4-5ish. some people put a few points into vit b/c poison kills. however, i have maxed poison resist and some 20 life scs so i have ~1100 life after bo and about 3500 mana.
