Fire Sorc Cold Armor Question

I'm making a pure fire sorc mainly for running meph and maybe dueling. She wears Tals armor, ammy belt, occy, shako, war travs, raven, nagel, chancies, and SS. I was wondering if I should put a point into a cold armor (Shiver armor is the good one if I'm right)?

My sorc put a point in it gives nice D bonus and helps with teleing by slowing attackers. Since u wont be dual element u will have some left over points so go for it.

Yea I have a Blizz sorc and I've been asking myself the same question - should I use Shiver armor or not? I'm lvl 90 now and doesn't seem like I need it but it would probably improve my safety some (I also have +10 to skills), but I'm not sure it's worth the 2 points. Hm hm :scratch:.
