Does +X% damage done to demons/undead on your weapon or other item slot work on kicks? Couldn't find this in the kicking faq and was wondering about this.

+%ed applies to kicks only if it comes from armor (phoenix, fortitude, etc). This is true for all types of +%ed, including demons and undead

No. %dmg demons/undead does not get added - regardless of where it is.

Fortitude is different, and does work in the armor.
