Am i crazy? or was there a new bow in 1.11?

Endlesshail bow.. I mfed one and saw another forum member for trade, but couldn't find it on arreat summit. What gives?

Well I did find it on arreat summit. The bow is not new, it's quite old actually, and not particularly good (gogo wws :)).
