How to cast CS?

I've heard from several people that this is possible. I've obviously tried shift clicking and it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to cast charged strike without actually hitting the monsters up close to release the bolts?

As far as I know, that is not possible. You have to be close to the monsters and using the skill in order for the bolts to activate. However, you dont have to actually hit the monster with the physical part of the attack. Even if you poke at the monster and miss, the bolts still activate. Holding shift and clicking at an empty spot won't get the bolts to activate.

how to cast cs, aka legit farcast (there was a hax like aa for cs but now gone, legit way still works).

if you learn how to farcast, casters become a whole lot easier.
farcast actually makes cs zons pretty evenly matched in pvp.

how to legit farcast:

namelock someone with throw and switch to CS while you are out of cs range.
to you it will look like ur still throwing javs, but the dmg will be ur CS dmg and the other person will see CS hitting them.

takes some practice then its pretty easy.
