Are the later ones (e.g. Phoenix) still ladder-only, or can they be crafted in non-online single-player?

The only 1.10 ladder/realm-only runewords that work in offline SP using 1.11 are Duress, Splendor, Wind, and Prudence (IIRC).

sadly, ladder only, I was so saddened at that news. that's y every of those ladder items or overpriced.
