When in the game, the hirelings freeze for NO apparent reason. You return to them and they just stand there. They don't even have to be stuck on or behind anything for this to happen and it happens regularly. The ONLY way to get them back is to use either a town portal scroll, portal shrine or a way point. I think this a serious BUG. :(

Yes, we know. It's been listed in the unofficial 1.11 bug list for some time now.
