While this is probably better to post thisin the trade forums, I would have to say probably not. They are Eth, don't replnish, and every lightning skill that would take advantage of the -15% light resist, which only work for lighnting from the Zon, can reduce the number of Javs.

Maybe to help level the zon past NM anceients, but I doubt it. Perhaps someone who is going for an eth grail? Try the trade fora.

You found tstrokes on nonladder? Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Tstrokes a Ladder-only unique? Or did you mean you traded for them?

Besides for some extreme specialists who want super charged strike damage they have NO other use due to no replenish mod. I would never pick tstrokes over titans. The secondary mods of titans easily beat -15% enemy light res
