Yes I just made a mule acount on the same email.

I'm not sure if an acount expires like characters? Also, characters won't expire as long as you play while a bit before the counter ("10 days before character expires") winds down to zero right?

no the account will close after a certain amount of time and when it does it cannot be renewed. -whaturmom2

To the best of my knowledge: No it wont, It will just expire if you do not log into it for 90 days.
