can anyone help? does the message mean that i got frozen or something?
It means someone is using your CD key and is online at the moment. The message will tell you whether it's the expansion CD-Key (Lord of Destruction) or if it's the classic CD-Key. Only one instance of a CD-Key can be logged onto each realm at any given time. So if the person using your CD-Key jumps off, then you'll be able to log on. Additionally, you will be able to jump on other realms (unless of course someone with your key is on that realm too)
Have you given your game out to anyone (to install or try)? Is it installed somewhere else in your house, by either a brother or sister? This situation commonly occurs if you try to get a CD-Key from the Internet, usually because you've either downloaded the game, or your old CD-Key was banned by Blizzard.
If you've just purchased the game recently, then contact Blizzard about it. If you want, you can try to contact them regardless (even if you purchased the game ages ago), but I don't know how well it'll go. Blizzards support on this is listed at http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=adt0641p, which is where you'll find their contact details too.

If you were just recently got lagged out off B.net, the game might still think that you, Tran, might still be logged on, even though you're not. Therefore, you can't log on again since the game still registers you as still being in a game. Wait a bit for B.net to recognize you as "logged off" then try again. If that doesn't work, then do what Orphan said.

Well it means that someone is using your cdkey under the name 'Tran' might also be caused if you d/c too fast.
