FCR Breakpoints

Necro's highest FCR breakpoint is 125 right? (right?)
but you can put more items on him so that it goes way over right?
so any higher FCR on a necro wouldn't count?
so i can have like a 200FCR necro and it would still be like a 125FCR necro except weaker cuz i had to sacrificed other stats?

Yes. Higher casting speeds are not achievable with legit items.

200% FCR, then, is 75% FCR worth of gear that could be replaced with better gear.
