Blizzard Sorc?

I've decided to move to classic and am thinking of making a Sorc.
Wondering if Blizzard Sorcs are viable in Classic.

If so are they like Exp Blizzard Sorcs?

If not how do pure Fire Sorcs do for PvM for Normal/Nightmare

I did read that post and I have no intention of making a hybrid.
I was just wondering about one element builds and how they work with Classic.

I'm not exactly sure about blizzard but I suspect that it's not that different from expansion.

Fireball sucks for all of hell, and nightmare a4.
Blizz is always awesome pvm, and its excellent pvp also. Fireball takes alot more skill to use and its terrible pvm.
