can you do ubers on non ladder?

yes you can still do them on nl.

No, It can only be done on (L)
You'll need a Ko, a Lem rune & a Perfect diamond.
Put the HOZ with the Ko, Lem, Perfect Diamond in your horadric cube and transmute them. (L) Only!

You can also use a regular zak.
