1st character and MF

Just started playing D2 again after 4 years or so, heh.

Rolled a Barb and was wondering what is the best way to get some nice items quickly (besides ebay and such). Is feasible to MF for items at low levels? If it is, whats the best way to find some nice MF+ items for my low lvl guy, buy them off other players or what?

I suggest collecting pgems and runes. The new ladder season has completely changed prices, but pgems normally can be used to trade for most useful items.

Well, I'm not really to sure how the whole trading things in Diablo works. In terms of where you find people who have what you want.

I currently have 23 Barb. I'm Mace specing and looking for some good War Mauls and eventually I would like to complete the Immortal King set. Anyways, thanks for any help.

Thanks for the help.start with rings and such that give a little to mf. then as you find better you replace what you have with the better ones. For example: I did some countess runs in nm for low runes and found 2 sols which I then traded for a shael and made rhyme shield. Now I "graduated" to andy in nm where I will hopefuly find some better items and when that happens I'll then move on to other monsters. Hopefuly soon I can mf in hell without dyiing all the time. And then I'll get better items
