To play on battlenet with LoD on 2 seperate computers will I need 2 CD keys for D2 and LoD, or just 2 different CD keys for LoD and 1 D2?

You need 2 of them both.

as you have to reenter it, yes, but it changes for all installed version of the game. the "not to mention here" method still works if you only need about 30 secs to mule, but with current bans i would be very careful about that.
