If you're all into speed, then I think 3ed/ias and a shael may hit 6/4 fury, which is ever so slightly faster, but also less buggy. I would still suggest a Lo rune though.

As stated above, you need 3 ed/ias to hit 4 frames which leaves one socket

Possible 4th socket choices:
Lo- Deadly strike, what's not to like?
Ed/Max- If you have other sources for deadly and prefer a super version of a cmsoq then use this.
Ed/Min- See above.
Ber-One of my personal favorites for druid vs druid duels on vita builds. They do a hefty chunk of damage with the crushing blow.
Um- Meh, you can but there are better sources for open wounds
Shael-See previous posts.

In my experience if you are at the 7/4 fury bp and you miss your first attack, sometimes the remainder of your attacks will come at 5 frames. This can be very frustrating and could really screw things up.

Also from my experience, this does not happen, or happens very little at 6/4.

Still, a Lo is probably better.
