Hi all, i'm planning on playing hard from monday for the reset, and i know a team effort would be more enjoyable.

I'm looking for some Europe HC players, hope we can meet through here or through Bnet, i'll be siting in channel 'Chat gat-europe'.

I'm teared between Asn, Sorc or Barb :) , i kind of always liked barbs for MF as i never died with one, as oposed to countless death's with my sorc's :p.
If no one joins with a barb, i'll do one, other wise i'll do blizz sorc.

Now i don't know how to level up my barb after 20 points in battle orders, WW or Zerk ? ( No Frenzy as i'm planning to wear a shield )

Hi all, first post for me :)

I heard that this forum is a good start for finding nice people to play with, as I´m tired of playing alone in all those ridiculous open games filled with idiots.

I´ll try to show up in your channel regularly so that you can get to know me :) About myself i can say that i won´t cause any trouble or things like that, because to me, fun is a more important thing than any virtual stuff.

I´m looking forward to get to know you guys and i think the ladder reset could be a nice beginning. I´d probably play a sorc, but I´m not sure about it yet ;)

now that they've fixed the lobby d2chat is good enough. irc means you need to alt-tab


there's going to be some more people in chat gat-europe sometimes, so dont be frighthened. we're an old and wily bunch, and chances are small you'll see us though. theres like 5 left of us the rest all ran away.

About the d2 vs irc thingy. I like to preplan a little and I think d2 is a recource hog compared to irc when I dont want to play. But its no big deal.

I am on quakenet in the channel #europe.d2team if anybody wants to discuss tactics for the team or whatever.. I dont really like d2chat since you cant set topics and parts and joins isnt recorded. Ofc it works great with d2chat when everybody plays but not before. :)

My memory tells me last ladder I played 9 AM swedish time (8 AM GMT). My memory might serve me wrong though.

I can totally understand if this will be too early for some people though. An alternative would be to make 2 teams, one starting in the morning and one starting in the afternoin or so. I guess we should wait and see when the ladder starts to decide for a time...

But I try to be as flexible as possible, because I´m really looking forward to play with you guys! Last year was quite annoying with all those freaks in open games. Playing alone is just far less fun than it is with a nice bunch of others :)
Anyways, I hope we´ll be able to find a nice time where everyone is able to join !

Well, if it's going to be a surprise when it starts it will be difficult to form a team. I have an essay to read so I don't really have time to check in here or ingame all the time.

So my suggestion is this. We suggest a few different times of the day to check in and if the ladder has reset we start, otherwise we wait until the next check in.

My suggested times are these (GMT time): 7.00, 12.00, 17.00 and 22.00.

I doubt we will get a full team anyway so anyone online at this time and willing to join should probably be able to. How does this sound?

P.S People that miss one of these times might be able to form a second team starting at a later time also.

As for the channel it is : "Chat Gat-Europe" and not "Gat-europe"

I'll be on monday most of the day as i'm on vacations, so whenever it resets, those who will be in chat gat-europe will go on.
Anyways it would be great to have "Chat gat-europe" as a meeting channel for europe players, therefore gameplay will be more enjoyable.
