it appears to, yes - especially when it is coming off of a smiter or mauler.

let me update that :

fury attacks are uninterruptable - the initial attack is interruptable. if you get interrupted on the initial attack or between furies you will notice the stun if you are on the receiving end. if you cast on an initial hit you will experience a delay, if you cast during fury attack you will not.
