is this good enough

is it enough for a 2 hand charger lvl 41 to use a weapon with 790 max dam (on the weapon, not my damage).
Also would like to hear what kind of damage your weapons have, if you have a pvp character in that lvl area

It all depends on end damage, not particularly on base weapon dmg. However, that dmg sounds quite nice on lvl 41 weap! A rare I presume?

I've only ever had 1H chargers at lvl 27 (honor naga, knout) which as you know only get to 170-odd but I was always a fan of deadly strike.

I had a 30 eth-snapper also at one stage, and am currently making a lvl 60+ 2H charger who's dmg will be quite large.

790 at lvl 41 is quite nice I say and an unusual lvl for a 2h charger so I say go for it!

Thats not near enough. :P some people have 550 dmg on weapon at 39 from eth upped steel.

So 220 more damage at 2 levels higher is not nearly enough?

Am I missing something here?

I misread, thats a great item. You should be able to carve MANY ears with a good set up. Heres a good gear set up:

Guilames Helm w/ 30 ed jewel

3 socket armor of the whale w/ 3x 30 ed jewels

Your weapon w/30 ed jewel

Angelic ring/ammy

Waterwalks

IK gloves

IK belt(string for melee)

Life charms(personally i'd go for all life charms over max dmg charms because you weapon has so much max dmg to begin with)

This is a good dueling setup/killing high levels set up.


However if you want to get more duels/loot duels(doesn't matter right now because no mh, however then theres mh this set up will work well)


IK helm

Ik gloves

Ik belt

water walks

unique cleaver(fake weapon put a 1x to 2x ed jewel here)

whistans guard(fake weapon put a 1x to 2x ed jewel here)

spirit shroud

angelic ring

angelic ammy

That set up should get you plenty of duels.
