With the new patch and the exciting event of the key i realised that i did not have a char that was able to hurt lilith, even my pvp barb bites the dust.

Now my idea of attacking a monster is: hit fast hit hard hit many ^^

so i thought about a fury druid but i have some questions

I used the skill calculator that is in the sticky above and i noticed that fury has nearly impossible breakpoints.
i'm going to try for 100 % anyway that gave me a 6 frame attack i thought. can't recall
anyway what should i aim for with the following weapons ?
obedience cryptic axe => 1k+ dam yet no ias
it will be nearly impossible to get gear that provides enough ias to get a decent attack with this weapon without having to sacrifce on the res etc..?

Bonehew polearm => always liked this weapon good dam 2 sockets.
it would be best if i socket it with 2 shaels imo

it's that or my eth oath balrog blade

now for the rest of the gear
i was thinking about using ceberus bite for helm
it gives a nice bonus to feral rage + some ll
but then again jalal's mane gives great stats, the arreat of the druids
so give me ur opinion :)

about the rest of the gear i have absolutly no idea.
i just want to maintain full res, a bit of damage reduction, some ll and off course ml while stacking up on blow and deadly strike...

last question:

when the core build is finished
WW
lycan
fury
oak sage

will it still be viable to pump points into cyclone armor maybe with a prebuff?
it would be a good way to decrease elemental damage

allright this concludes my long first post amongst the druids
greetings to all

I use a TombReaver on my WW druid and it works just fine, it aint even eth. I dont know if it works vs the new bosses.

if you want to just boss kill in pvm, use a grizz caddy with three ed/ias and ber, goblin toe boots, and rattlecage, yes rattlecage, armor. The reason is simple - chance to cast monster flee on it and 25% crushing blow. The biggest problem in uber tristram is the summons - and they aren't an issue when they are constantly running in fear. use draculs for life tap, and then um jalals and storm and use res small charms to make up the difference.

a wolf setup this way is probobly the character with the best chance at defeating uber trist solo.

I Used a Ebotd Giant Thresher for Lilith , she went down easy enough.Had too switch too my 1 hander and ss too even stand a chance in uber Trist sice there is so much ele Dmg.

I was Thinkin of usin T-God ,Wisp p and a 4 sok topazed monarch too maybe have enough light res too ignore meph's conv and absorb his light.

If your going for big boss killers I would almost go w/ a 1 hander so you can block ... you'll live longer.

Oh btw I compiled a team of druids last night and took out the tristam 3 with 4 werewolf druids and nothing else. Took about 20 mintues maybe a little more still not bad considering im hearing smite or die a lot.

go go fury
