Hell Fire Torch Is A Fake!!!

I have herd alot of talk about this hellfire torch. I think it's a fake. I have herd of people hexing the game to get this info. I believe that is crap. I would like to know how these people get these hellfire torches already with the new patch just reset an hour ago. Also how some people have gotten 4. I haven't actaully seen a player with one but i have seen screenshots. They are probably on open. i can almost guarantee u that. And blizzard allowing you to carry more then one is total garbage. If they do allow this then the game is dead. Characters with an invnetory filled with hellfire torches are unbeatable. With 60 to skill points and godly resists then theres no point in dueling. Sure this would help out alot in hardcore but if u become to godly the game becomes boring. So for all of you with screenshots of hellfire torch throw them away now cause im not interested in those hacked items. Good day :D

If it's a fake, what's the point in fighting those multiple uber-bosses? People should get some kind of reward for going through new quaests.

the torch is real, but getting it in HC is gonna be very hard.

I now know it's real. I had just seen screenshots.. and im kind of wondering how anyone could have gotten this info and screenshots of them already before patch was released?

some of the info was sketchy at 1st but suprisingly accurate, one guy had everything right except for the skills part. Few hours in, i think east had some, amazing how some people get these so fast. We were lucky enough to fish for info, and had enough amazing chars to do it :)

~7 hours into the patch, and I got lucky enough to see one drop. I've got my Standard of Heroes from the event. It's really fun to kill the Uber Triad. I wouldn't reccommend doing it in hardcore though, because they pretty much eat any character. Even a godly smiter with life tap died along with me. We were playing SC luckily. I think his life taps ran out, that's why. But still, they really own you hard.

oh and btw greex, the way people got the info before the realms were back up was by going into the mpq for the game and looking it up...

and youre right the screenies were on sp/open, but they were based off the actual info in the mpq.

I know they are real now but look at the stats. Most people would think they were a fake considering there were screenshots released within 4 hours of the patch and he was holding 4. I figured this was just an open rumor.
