WWolf ias Question

I want too know if Ias jewels work in Helms and Armor for werewolf druids .I have been told by many in games that ias jewels do work and others say you dont get the speed% bonus and that you only get the speed% from ww and your weapon so its makin me skeptical on if i wanna risk usin some decent ias jewels in my helm and armor. :scratch:

Can anyone confirm or deny that Ias Jewels work in helm and armor?

Technically it works, but thanks to the skill IAS from werewolf it's normally rendered useless, as you'd need an obscene amount of off-weapon IAS to reach the next breakpoint. For baby werewolves it can make a difference of 1 - 3 frames.
