Concentrate or ironbarb questions

I've been looking for a new d2 build and i heard about the concentrate barb and the iron barb. i was wondering if any body had any suggestions on what to wear being i am realatively poor item wise. Also i was wondering which of the 2 builds, the ironbarb or the concentrate barb, is the better build for a person with not so good items, your response would be greatly appreciated.

Ironbarbs and conc barbs are pretty much the same thing. If you make an ironbarb, all you're doing is making a conc barb with your spare points into ironskin.

They work well with crap gear, just because they're so safe. Check the guide in the guide sticky for build and gear information (I listed recommended gear for lower levels in there).
