Does everyone use it to their advantage?
How the hell do people get 4k+ life?! I have never been able to get my barb's life over 3.4k!
Should I post my barb's Equip/Stats/Skills for you guys?

The really, really nice barbs over at ep get 6k life while still having maxblock. Ideal stat placement and 39*3/20's does the trick (or 322s for the less rich people ofcourse).

Just barely reached 5K with couple Fine SC's of Vita (3/20/20's) + prebuffing BO with a +3 WC Ammy. Could get more if I got a 5 BO helm + 2 SoJs but too lazy to xfer... :rolleyes:

Why is this? Are you talking about the fact that if you wear a Mage Enigma you will have less points to spend on Str, so you will pump more in Vit and get more Life? Or does the kind of armor you wear have direct influence on your life whatsoever? :eek:

Looks like he's using ebotd...
Is Grief better than ebotd overall? Seems to me like the +90 vita and +2 all skills and other bonuses makes it much better...Rather than just looking at the damage.
P.S. I want my barb to be a BvA Barb.
To Dennis: he means the less str you put goes into vita...I hope...

At what level? I have 230 vita base at level88 with 32 stat points saved up. I have 2-3 Lam Esen's tome quests still not done...
Can someone answer my Grief/Botd question?

at lvl 90 my friend.
About botd/ grief - if you want more dmg - go with grief (which is my advice)
If you think that extra vita (200 life or so) will save you, go with botd (which isn't my advice :D)

Ep is NL, so if you can you should use Grief.

I remember BOTD having +2 skills for some reason(I just checed, so much for that)....nevermind..lol
90 x 4 x 2 = 720 life (BO is more than 100% but I don't feel like looking at the exact % for lvl32 BO)
I also have this fear of Blizzard bringing back leech for pvp and then BOTDs going through the roof and I won't be able to afford(I barely can now) one.
I have a Zwiehander Grief. I'm getting the Lo rune to make another one, hopefully it will be much higher(357 damage on the one I have now) this time.

No, what I think I was thinking of was Enigma and BOTD put together. My mind melded them together...and then I thought it was regular BOTD. lol

I still havnt gotten all my max/ar/life scs yet. I don't use any prebuff bo items either. When I get all my scs, I'll probably hit 7.3k+ life

Armour: Mageplate Nigma
Weapon: Botd Zerker
Weapon: Beast Zerker
Glove: Draculs

After some testing, After I'm done with my barb at lvl 99 I'll have exactly 7682life without any special prebuff.

I doubt I'll ever get that much life... I just started 2 weeks ago so I didn't know what he was going to wear in a week(used bloodletter until 76, in nm baal runs). My friend that quit gave me an annihulus(sp?) with 20 stats. I have decent equip now so my new barb I'm going to make should have 4k+ life.
Is a +13 all resistances/5 dex jewel(found it in hell baal runs trying to level before down time) good for an arreat's(196/5-not upgraded) or should I wait until I have a better arreats or better jewel or both?

BTW, what's a 40/15 Verdungo's worth on West Ladder? What's a 200/6 Arreat's worth on West Ladder? What's a 13 all resistances/5 dex jewel worth on West Ladder?

The basic question would be are you gonna use a shield or dual wield?
