no, and it wouldnt be that much damage anyway unsynergized.

Aha there was a somewhat similiar thread @ the stats forum regarding ctc items. Back then someone clarified that equipping 2*carrion wind rings would result in a total of 16%ctc slvl 13 twister so most likely you'd have a total of 60%ctc lvl 20 bonespirit if you equip 2*Oaths :P

Hmm my bad - Omnikron is correct :D With marrowalks lvl 33 bone prison one would do 1033 - 1121 estimated magical damage when spirit triggers.
