Is there such thing as high 1-hand damage MACE class weapon?

Anyone ever see one? Or maybe a runeword in a good socketable weap? Like at least over 200 1 hand dam.

My IK baba does ok in solo hell games, meph is a joke (3-5 mins total to get there and kill), baal takes a while though and sometimes I get owned by Lister's minions, more than sometimes, which has lead me to believe that I need to use a SHIELD. I found a stormshield and arreat's face yesterday off meph hell runs, so I'm wondering if there's any good mace class 1 handed weap that maybe I can use on weapon switch for throne room. Thanks...

Simple answer is yes. Just check the arreat summit for unique elites and runewords.

please help sirgoatcelot or omikron8, I can't afford good runewords so I narrowed it down to these 3 hammers. All i'm looking for is fastest PvM killing speed.

Schaefer's hammer legendary mallet(seems to be highest damage?)
Stormlash like you said
Stone Crusher legendary mallet

Some things...
Schaefer's doesn't have crushing blow, stone crusher has 40% but that doesn't have any IAS. Stormlash is fastest but has only ~150 average damage compared to 220+ of the other 2 hammers. Schaefer's 20% static field seems like it would hit quite a bit.

What to do?

Also, should i socket these with that quest and put 2 shael rune? thx

Ethereal stone crusher has more damage than a perfect EBOTD zerk. Unfortunately its slow as crap and range 1.

unfortunately i can't afford a zod rune to put in an ethereal weap, they will probably be deleted after the ruststorm on monday anyways.

That 150 average damage on Stormlash isnt taking into account the massive ele damage on it. Stick one on your barb, look at the damage screen, and try not to drool on the keyboard.

IMO Stormlash is your best bet.

A high % roll eth oath scourge will have max damage in the 500's... as well as 50% ias and indestructible.

If those are your choices, then Stormlash imho is the best. Have fun with it.

Your IK barb has trouble with Lister's minions? How? Sure, they're going to be hour hardest fight, but they aren't too hard to do. I hope you are using Whilrlwind and have maxed resists (fire especially). Highlord's helps for the DS. You'll need the IAS from two jewels (or a combination with shaels) on the IK Mace.


Otherwise, Stormlash is awesome.

Unless you are using whirlwind you are forgetting two very big things on stormlash

15% static field
33% crushing blow

use this on frenzy/concentrate and you WILL notice a difference over schaffer's/stone crusher
