ISO: Rare wand for Poison/Summon Necro

I've now got a lvl 58 Venomancer with Poison Nova and Explosion maxed, and am currently maxing Poison Dagger. Then I'll be dumping the rest of my points in Raise Skeleton, and maybe pump Lower resist a bit. I'm now using an Ume's Lament (well, used it since I've got it on), and don't have anything good to use besides this, except something like The Suicide Branch.. but I'd really like loads of +skills for this guys, so I'm searching for a good rare wand for him.

So, the wand should have either +2 to Necro skills, or +2 to Poison&Bone skills. If it has +2 Necro skills, it's acceptable for the staffmods to have only +2 to Poison Nova, if it's +2 to P&B skills, it must be +3 to Poison Nova. (Of course I'd love one with +3.) Other useful skills it could include would be Lower resist, Raise Skeleton, Skeleton Mastery and Summon resist.

Hint - try looking for a +3 PN 2os wand to stick DolIo in. It's probably a lot easier to get than the rare you're looking for.
