Weird dreamdamage using bow

I tried a few build of doubledream meleesorcess now, until recently i threw a widowmaker on 1 of them. Where i did 1-45k damage with my zealing double dreamsorc , i still got 1-20k damage on the bow with some more +skillequip

Now for my question.

My 1-45k zealdamage seemed to kill in +- 2-4 hits, vs people with nice light res. But when i use the bow you should think it would take around 4-8 hits cause it is half the damage. But against people who i zeal to dead with only a few hits the bow seems to do not more then a few scratches. How is this possible. Is the damage shown in the charscreen not correct?

are you shooting offscreen? because you can block ga's, and you might not be hitting them. When you zeal, you can see them being hit

lets see the dmg

1-20k
an average of 10k dmg

10000 x .17=1700 dmg

1700 x .25=425 dmg

425 per shot that hits

often that will be, like you say, 4-8 hits
but, most likely they blocked most of the arrows that you thought hit, while when zealing them, you actually know that your hits hit them

idk if this makes sense tho
