I found some items and i dont know what they are worth... I know there are millions like this thread, but srry...

So, i found a demonhide sash with 10% Fhr, 57 def, 12 str,15 cold res and 29 fire res... Seems pretty cool to me. What can i get for it? A soj maybe?

I have also found some light plated boots with lightning res 20, fire res 28, poison res 34 and 18 mf. What can i get for it?

And a demonhide belt with 24 fhr, 15 str and cold res 21(and some other mods). Is this worth anything?

no i doubt you can get soj for any of em. the boots might be worth a little

Your items are decent, but not really anything most people would give an SOJ for. Most people would want a high amount of life on the belts, and atleast 20% fast run/walk on the boots. I would say your items are probably worth something like a middle-of-the-road unique (something like Frosties, Garb, Goldwrap) each.
