How do I level up fast?

Hi, right now I have a lvl 33 barb, and i am right at the entrance to the worldstone keep (on normal). before fighting baal i wanted to level up a bit so i could add a few more points into ww and nr, so i decided to try and fight the ancients again, after i defeated all three, the gates opened, but i did not gain any experience. :(

i suppose u cant keep killing them over and over to lvl up, so i was wondering what else would be good for me to fight. i use a great axe right now w/ maxed axe mastery, so i dont do very well against swarms of quick monsters.

That guide also works for mercs. Most amazing thing I've seen: 19 lvls in about 30 minutes on a merc.
