a little help needed here please

I have a ww barb with:
arreat "um"
fortitude wire fleece
botd cb (usually 2h, only in some duels I use ss)
verdungo
gores
bloodfists
raven/angelic
angelic
now I have a ber rune, should I buy an anni for it or should I buy a cham rune for it and put it into my arreat?

If you can safely buy an anni, do so. The only time you need cbf is vs cold sorcs typically, and for that you take off the angelics and put on ravens anyway. No need for Cham. I suggest um the arreat for resist vs all.
