Never heard of it before, but looking at that link, my guess is its a frenzy barb using dual wands.

I've been considering making a frenzy barb with twin Strength wands... I could get 100% Crushing Blow (or whatever the cap is if there is one) pretty easily, so I should be able to kill okay, though I'll have practically no leech and physical immunes would be a problem.

I've been wondering though if Double Swing might be faster than Frenzy...

frenzy and DS have the same top speed, but DS peak is easier to reach

The CB from the wands is counted seperately... that'll make it harder to max CB.
