What do you want to kill? Ladder or non ladder? What's your mastery? Pvm primarily, or pvp? BOTD's are all fun, and ya gotta love the leech for pvm play. Pvp is different. So, what's the best weapon (if there can ever be said there is one) is dependent on your situation. We need more info before we can say.

Grief does do much more damage. Jerions correct on this. Don't trust the damage screen, its innacurate for grief.

For pvm BOTD has the advantage of being indestructible, and having awesome stats and leech built into it. I love having indestructible items for pvm (fixing an enigma at 50-1mil a pop sux, and beast can run 80K to repair). With the leech from botd, you dont need a crescent moon, manalds, or other mana leech. The downside is you can get a decent Grief for about half of what you could get a ebotd zerker for.

Personally, when I pvm with my barb, I put on a manald and a rare with 5% mana leech and 102 mana. Grief and beast, for weps, and I tear things up much faster than when I use dual botd though (I shelved my botds a while ago, rarely use them, and dont want to keep them in my barbs stash, whos mostly pvp anyway).

Recommendation: axe mastery, ww attack, grief with manalds/mana leech rings, or botd if you want leech built in + stats+indestructible. Your barb will be so powerful and do so much damage that he doesnt really need the extra 60 vita from botd, though. O, and botd has lower str requirements to equip, so you can have more vita.

don't look at maximum damage, but average damage. Then you can see that grief is the best, though of course if you were able to hit maximum damage each time, then yes botd would be better :p

ebotd gpa > any grief in pvm. 2h > 1h on pvm ww barb.

That sounds kinda expensive, an upped eth sone hundan with however many shales needed to reach last ww bp is amazing.

Highlords over Maras definatly. - The DS blows the extra resists and skill from Maras away (plus it's much cheaper)

Fortitude over CoH - You lose a couple skills, but gain 300% enhanced damage, and much more defence.

Dungos over Arach. - DR and Vita from Dungos is much more usefull than +1 skills, mana, and fcr.

Personally I would switch one of the Bk's out for a Raven Frost. - Gain some much needed AR, and the always convenient CBF.
