This will be a pvp javazon guide
For a javazon skills and stat points are easy to choose.
stats:
all vit or 7pts str for twitch. (Its easy to get a 7 str ring so...)
skills:
20 charged strike
20 lightning fury
20 lightning bolt
1-5 dodge
1-5 avoid
1-5 evade
rest power strike, lightning strike
you can put a couple into slow missles and 1 into valk if you want
gear: I haven't quite figured out what the perfect gear would be. I have a couple trains of thought.
you only need 30ias. to reach this you could use
twitch and bloodfist/rare gloves.
or you could use deaths set.
weapon only choice is regular javalin. 3 range fastest attack and no req.
helm you can use a rare with good resists and fhr or tarnhelm for more damage and avoid skills.
rings high res/life rares or Stones of Jordan
boots should always be 30frw rares with fhr and some resists.
ammy desired stats are +skills life and resists
shield 17/30/20 with resists needs to be 75block with twitch. or you could use a bone shield without twitch.
belt deaths sash or rare with fhr life and resists
gloves deaths gloves, bloodfist, or rare with 10ias and good resists
armor twitch vs melee, blinkbat vs necro and hammeradin, and some armor with with good resists vs elemental.
dueling strategy:
bone necro: very hard duel. basicly try to get close enough to them that they cant prison you. two ways I do this are: run away from them and then quick double back on them before they have a chance to prison you. or just run out at them as they come out of town. (considered cheap by some.)
barb: easy-impossible
if a barb has irathas on you might as well sit in town.
otherwise just hold shift and namelock them. shield barbs are easier usually.
hammeradins: against non-experts I usually namelock them and keep running
towards them to kill them. and against experts I use the same double back strategy as necros.
fire sorcs: easy. I just keep running towards them at an angle dodging everything they shoot at me until I get a chance to attack. Ones that always keep a screen away from you can't be killed; but they can't kill you either if you are any good at avoiding their shots.
cold sorcs: easy-impossible. difficulty based on their skill with teleporting.
I have a question:
I have heard there is a bug that you can attack with charged strike from a range. is this true?
edit- forgot to mention using ranged skills. they are much weaker than cs but I use them quite a bit to lure enemies in.
