Druid = Not good at all

I made a post call First windy druid... BY ME! or something like that before and no one posted any replies to it... so therefore i must assume that only someone with EXTREME (keyword.. EXTREME) skill will be good with a windy druid.

Because i found that no matter what i do... he sucks complete and utter bull feices and i'm seriously thinking of deleting him and building something else.

That is unless someone can help me by telling me what i am doing wrong

Your post was answered mere three hours ago, and by many after that. It even is on the top of the page right now. All the answeres are there, too low CA, no skillers or charms, not too hot equipment and too low level.

the windy probably didn't suck, it's usually the equip or the person who uses it..

yea lemme rephrase those things i said:

in my opinion (keyword: OPINION) the windy druid is to hard to use... and i'm not rich enough to buy skillerz so i'm just gonna build something else

Up until lvl30 he probably WILL suck slightly, but DO NOT LET THIS PUT YOU OFF! Once you get hurricane just cast it and spam tornado while charging through hordes of enemies. Apart from the fact that it looks awesome it's quite effective!

But this is just the humble advice of a nooblet, let a real lvl99 HC expert come tell you how its done.

I've never need an inventory full of skiller's, in fact i've maybe found 4 in my nearly 3 years of playing this game. True, not everyone can afford to buy skiller's and i sold all those i found. I've taken two wind druids all the way through hell with mediocre gear at best. If you're trying PVP, then yeah, you're gonna need better gear and lot's of practice.

I'm making my first windy now and he's at Level 24 and just got his tornado. It's taken two sessions so far and have dodged so many PK attempts to get there. The poor fella can now take on the Bloody Foothills with a bit of patience. I hope to get him to Level 30 buy tonight.

I'm learning how to aim tornado as it flys all over the place, which is amusing.

I've been following Fenris's PvP guide which is tip top. I will be PvM but the same applies. I don't think any characters suck, it all depends on what you want to get out of the game. I like the challenge as I will never have the uber gear. I do laugh when I see some of the recommended builds that need eBotD. Like who here has genuinely found a Zod?

PvM ? Heck no.

Wizardspike or Spirit Sword, Viperskin (or even Stealth), couple decent rings, Whitstan's Guard, crafted belt or any decent rare belt'll do, rare ammy, rare circlet, tearhaunch/aldur's boots.

Simple as heck - will get you through no problems.
All of this can be attained for a couple PGems, or some gold (the rings and ammy).

With the right gear, I think you have to be EXTREMELY ("Keyword: EXTREMELY" hurr durr) lousy to suck with a druid....

was that directed at me? hell i dont pretend to be the richest guy, i know 50+ ppl with more than double my wealth :rolleyes:

tho a legit hi rune may be special to u, in trading a legit rune is worth exactly the same as a duped one

And yes, duped hrs are the same as non duped, I just keep the non duped hrs until I get an awesome item that needs the hr.
