what level i need to be to get 2 class skill to caster amulets?
That depends on where you're getting your amulets.
ilvl >= 90 to get a chance at +2 skills.
ilvl = [input_ilvl/2] + [clvl/2] (with [] meaning round down)

If you're gambling and crafting with the same character, a lvl 93 will be guarenteed to have a chance at +2 each time.

To have a chance yes but the results are far worse than that! From my atempts i craft an amu that give +2 skills (pala, barb and so on) 1 from 10 crafting attempts! Amulets that give +2 to warcries, +2 to cold an so on occur more often! Then of course there are +1 skills an even amulets that have no + skills at all! The bottomline! Its is hard to ge +2 amulets and furthermore amulets that have good attributes as well! But i keep crafing! :D
