I looked a little, and it didn't seem like any of the Druid-specific uniques beat this for a windy (Aldurs full set would though, IMO). Your thoughts (other than the defense is crap :p)?

Although my windy gets better mileage out of Jalal's for its res and FHR, but if I had it, I'd make Delirium in it for the extra punch.

Is it possible for Rare Druid Helms to spawn +2 Skills/+3 Tornado/+3 Cyclone Armour/+3 Oak Sage or Grizzly or Hurricane or something like this?

Or a Plain Helm with +3 Tornado/+3 Cyclone Armour/+3 Oak Sage, etc.?

That would be an awesome helm...
