Chance to Hit
100 * AR / (AR + DR) * 2 * alvl / (alvl + dlvl)
AR = Attack Rating; alvl = Level of Attacker; dlvl = Level of Defender; DR = Defense Rating
if i have ignore target's defense then it would become:
100*2*alvl / (alvl + dlvl)
so if i am lvl 90 and fighting a lvl 90 monster than i would hit him 100% of the time(but only max 95%):
100*2*90 / (90+90)
100*2*90/180
200*90/180
200*0.5
=100%!!!
so is this accurate, if it is why bother with dexterity (only for weapons and defense of course) and also what is the purpose of eth runes (-25% target defense) even if i have 4 eth runes, i ignore target defense rune would suffice wouldn't it, is this logical?
