4 skill helm?

I found this during the recent MFO. Nothing too special about it, except for the four (4) +skill bonuses. I've never seen a helm (or anything non-unique) with 4 skills on it before! What are the odds of this happening?

Think he means 4 times + some skill. Ofcourse, in this case, its 3*+individual skill and once +skilltree

It's not too common, but not exactly freakishly rare either. You just need to get +3automods :)

Not exactly. It can either have +3 tree OR +2 all :)

+3 shadow claws with +3 shadow master or shadow warrior would be nice to have 2 of. It is not possible to get a golemlord's item with RS on it, BUT it is possible to imbue a elite head with a lvl 8 character, and then use the 6pskull recipe with a lvl 1 character to be able to spawn +2 necro /+3 RS/SM/Amp or something.

Generally, +6 items can be useful, but you'd better have some luck finding the best ones. +3 BH/Concentration and +3 combat skills/20%FCR scepter...
