Need some help..

So I've got a few questions about my pvp lit sorc. I figure the lit sorc guide posted above here is fairly old, so I've got a few questions.

1. What gear should I be using?

2. How important is max block? (This sorc will be dueling all types of characters)

3. How much do I put into ES?

4. How much do I put into TS?

Any help is much appreciated.

I know little about lightning sorcs or PvP, but here goes:

Use whatever gear will get you to 105% FCR.

Have good resists when dueling chars that deal elemental damage.

Against melee chars, max block is overwhelmingly regarded as an absolute must. Most people would recommend Stormshield.

For an ES-using sorc, max TS is necessary in order to reduce the amount of mana drained, and you can get ES from a Memory staff that gives +3 to ES to start with.

Zahrezz (the guy who wrote the PvM ES sorc guide) does not recommend using ES in PvP because "of the damage ranges involved". Other people, however, seem to use it anyway and do ok, as I have seen posts regarding the use of ES in duels.
