This question doesn't seem to have anything to do with statistics. Maybe it should be in the trade values forum or community forum.

check the trade values forum and the price guides for each realm. that will give you a good idea on what you should keep.
off the top of my head, all your incomplete sets are worthless, go ahead and dump those.
of the uniques, chance guards at 40% mf and all harles are keepers. the andy's is iffy. i find them useful, but not in high demand.
I wouldn't say that Sigons is "worthless".
But the question of what's worth holding on to, begs the other question, for what? Are you just asking what's worth trading, or what will be useful for you in the future? I often save things that are generally worthless for trade for chars that I plan on making later. Some of the low level sets are pretty good for chars just starting out.

yep, sigs are worthless. i dunno why people use them on low level chars, you can't even equip the set until like level 12 with every single point in str and some str charms besides.

Unless there's some char that starts at zero strength, Sigon's set is wearable at level 6 with a bit of effort. 25 stat points available, 15 (or was 20 the lowest? can't remember) base strength, and some charms/rings/whatnot, you can wear the gloves (60 str req), which give +10 str, allowing you to wear the rest of the set minus the shield, which only requires +5 extra str, far from impossible.
The best charms you can use at level 6 are +3 large charms, 10 of those take half the inventory and give enough str to wear the full set.

I agree with some +str coming from charms Sigon's is an awesome low lvl set! Most of my low lvl melee char use this set with angelic ammy+ring and a 'Malice' weapon :P IIRC Pelta Lunata is a nice VLLD shield

It's the same with my melee characters. I exclusively invest into strength just to be able to wear that set as early as possible. You normally have to do that for other equipment anyway and at low levels, the game is very easy, so you don't need and vit or dex at that point.
However, I prefer to use a white weapon socketed with as many +9 maxdmg jewels as possible (e.g. a 6 socket crystal sword), to be replaced by one with +15 jewels at L18. You can also socket Sigon's helm, armor and shield with 20%ed jewels (level req 9) which will multiply nicely with weapon damage. There might be better choices - LLDers might know better than me, although this is a PvM issue.

for leveling a char i like to use deaths sash/gloves, 3 soc breastplate w/ 20 psn jewels, 3 soc mask w/ +20 psn jewels, 5 soc longbow w/ flawed topazes then switch to max gear and angelics and ravenclaw (esp w/ chanter but even w/o works well) when get the levels
Death's gloves, belt
"Rixot's Keen" or "Knell Striker" until clvl 18 when +90max crystal sword is wearable.
+80%damage/-60%req superior ancient armor
+60%damage/-45%req superior crown
+100%damage/-60%req superior Aerin shield
Vidala's boots (got to love 30% FRW and 150 stamina)
Angelic rings/amulet.
Now THAT's starting gear!
Edit: Necros can use IK stone crusher golems to kill duriel in one hit...

imho, you don't need that much damage through a1/2. 50-60 is plenty. you can easily pump it over 200 at lvl 1, but there's really no point in doing that as you can't kill stuff faster than 1 hit.
there's also no point in investing that heavily from lvls 1-12, as, if you do any sort of runs for 15 minutes, that's all the time it takes...it probably takes more time to mule those items over.
what i'm arguing for is efficiency: the minimum possible to reach the maximum effectiveness.
i used to have a new set of eq every 2-5 levels. but what's the point in that? now, i use hsarus until 12, angel's until 29, fill out the holes with runed helms and clegs/deaths, and that's it.
that's why i never believed that khalim's flail was such a great item. it only attacks 1 monster at a time.
