Jah in Shako(how much life add?)

I was thinking of Eliminate my UM in my shako 141 and put a Jah rune in it. But how much life more will i get?

what is the formulae?

5% more life of base vitality, Full vitality(with EQ) or something else?

These get boosted:
* Hard points in vitality
* +life bonus from equipment and charms

These do not get boosted:
* +vitality bonus from equipment and charms
* +vitality/clvl bonus from equipment
* +life/clvl bonus from equipment
