What are the optimum C Lvls for doing Hellforge, In Norm, Nm, And Hell?

so your char lvl has no effect of the % of good drops?

Thorough testing has shown that the hellforge quest drop runes in a range (depending on the difficulty) and that each rune has equal chance of dropping. The only thing that is certain is that one rune will drop, and clvl does not have anything to do with it.
